About PPS

Peak Performance Sports was established in 2011 to meet the growing demands from local councils, schools, parents and children for Healthy Living Workshops and Holiday Camps.

Our projects help promote children's knowledge and understanding of health, nutrition and fitness whilst maximising time for fun and exercise.

Our core workshop is an interactive circuits session called Get Kintected. The concept of Get Kinected uses gaming technology to promote children's motivation and fitness levels. Our Sports Holiday Camps are currently delivered in Portsmouth at Admiral Lord Nelson School. 

All our sessions are delivered by our highly qualified Coaching team, mostly are PE Teachers. All staff hold an enhanced DBS certificate, NSPCC Safeguarding trained and are trained in advanced paediatric First Aid as well as the NGB of their sport.
